About the Role:

Join J & J Air as an Experienced HVAC Service Technician where your skills will help keep our customers comfortable year-round. We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver top-notch HVAC solutions on the Grand Strand and contribute to our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues to provide effective solutions.
Educate customers on system operation and maintenance best practices.
Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs performed.
Respond promptly to emergency service requests and provide timely resolutions (minimal callbacks).
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair preferred.
EPA Certification.
NATE Certification and Commercial Refrigeration are preferred.
Strong knowledge of Residential and Commercial HVAC systems including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: $80000.00 - $120000.00 per year
