Job Summary
INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION a regional agricultural cooperative is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Branch Manager-Fertilizer Production at the IFA Fertilizer blending and bagging Plant in Payson Utah.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing the staffing and operations of a blending and bagging plant. Including production packaging ratio calculations maintenance warehousing shipping and receiving.
- Establish short and long-term strategic operating objectives that drive operational efficiency.
- Develop operating budgets capital plans and cash flow budgets that support company initiatives.
- Ensure company safety programs are established and goals are met
- Assist Sales and Marketing in new product development and promotional strategies.
- Track and improve key performance areas such as safety quality financial and customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience managing a production facility with familiarity with IFAs production processes
- 23-year experience in Inventory management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for leading people.
- Personal drive and focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment operate forklift front-end loader move van trailers into and out of docks for loading and unloading.
