Job Summary
Holy Cross Academy a preschool 8th grade coed Catholic school of 475 students in beautiful historic Fredericksburg VA is seeking a full timeelementaryinstructional aide for the 2026-27 school year. Holy Cross Academy forms young men and women to be saints scholars and leaders in the image of our Lord Jesus Christ and our Blessed Mother. HCA is the parish school of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church in the Diocese of Arlington.
The position is full time 7:40 a.m. until 3:40 p.m. Monday - Friday. Instructional aides work on days when students are in session. Instructional aides work with a classroom teacher to meet the needs social emotional and academice needs of the aides also help supervise students duringlunch and recess. The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic have experience working in a school setting and enjoy working with Gods children.
