Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling subcontractors inspections and job-site visits
• Support permit applications and follow-up with municipalities and inspectors
• Maintain job files project notes photos and related documentation
• Assist with material ordering deliveries and vendor coordination
• Communicate with homeowners subcontractors and internal staff regarding project status
• Support project managers with scope documentation site measurements and progress updates
• Help track project timelines change orders and closeout items
• Perform job-site visits to verify scope document progress and assist with coordination
• Assist with light hands-on work as needed including finish carpentry framing support punch work and minor repair tasks

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Some construction experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of construction methods materials and job-site practices
• Experience with finish carpentry framing or general repair work is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid drivers license required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a clean driving record as this position will require driving company vehicles
