Assignment Details
- Duration: 13 Weeks (04/27/2026 07/20/2026)
- Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
- Schedule: 3x12 Hours 36 Hours/Week
- Meal Break: 30 minutes
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated LPN / Travel LPN to provide quality patient care in a long-term care setting. The role involves direct patient care medication administration and supporting residents daily needs while ensuring safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under RN/physician supervision
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Assist with ADLs and patient support
- Perform basic wound care and dressing changes
- Record vital signs and maintain documentation
- Follow care plans and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN License (State-specific)
- LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
