Position Overview: The Medical Assistant supports daily clinical operations assisting providers and ensuring efficient patient care in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Responsibilities: Assist providers during exams and procedures Record vital signs patient history and medical data Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness Support patient intake scheduling and flow Perform basic clinical tasks (injections EKGs specimen collection) Maintain accurate documentation in EHR Provide patient education and support Ensure compliance with clinical protocols
Qualifications: Medical Assistant Certification (CMA/RMA) Preferred Clinical/outpatient experience Preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Knowledge of medical terminology Familiarity with EHR systems Preferred
