Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Washington DC 4 days onsite 1 day remote

Aspen Careers is partnering with a nonprofit healthcare organization serving active duty military families and veterans during a period of rapid growth and transformation. This is a high-impact opportunity to step into a Director-level Office Administrator role supporting a leadership team driving major expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage regulatory filing deadlines and ensure compliance across multiple business lines
Coordinate across departments including health plan programs and fiscal sponsorship operations
Track manage and follow up on key initiatives and action items across leadership
Serve as a central operational hub ensuring priorities move forward efficiently
Support executive leadership with high-level administrative and operational needs
Maintain strong communication across internal stakeholders and ensure accountability
Potentially manage and mentor a junior administrator (including future expansion)
The Ideal Candidate:
810 years of administrative or operation managerial experience (high-pressure environment preferred)
Highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through and deadline management
Proactive solutions-oriented mindset someone who owns problems through completion
Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong communication skills with a direct no-nonsense approach
Ability to operate at a fast pace with high standards of professionalism
Military background preferred (especially enlisted)
Government or regulatory experience is a plus
