Position Summary:
The Summer Enrichment Instructor is responsible for delivering engaging high-quality instruction to students participating in summer enrichment programs including Camp Invention and Cyber Camp. This role focuses on fostering a positive learning environment while supporting students academic growth creativity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement daily lessons and activities aligned to the specific program (Camp Invention Cyber Camp or Kindergarten Jumpstart).
- Deliver hands-on interactive instruction that promotes student engagement and active participation.
- Maintain accurate daily attendance and report any discrepancies or concerns.
- Create a safe inclusive and supportive classroom environment that meets the needs of all learners.
- Collaborate with the Site Facilitator and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with site staff regarding student progress behavior and any immediate needs.
- Supervise students during instructional time transitions and designated non-instructional periods.
- Follow all program guidelines safety procedures and district expectations.
Qualifications:
- Valid teaching license or experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong instructional classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Experience with STEM early childhood education or project-based learning is a plus (depending on program assignment)
Working Conditions:
- Onsite instruction during scheduled program hours
- Active engagement with students in the classroom and hands-on learning environments
This position plays a key role in providing meaningful and enriching learning experiences that support student success during the summer program.

June 15 2026 through June 18 2026 Monday-Thursday 8:30 to 3:30

Performance evaluation will be conducted using data from day-to-day programming.
