What Youll Be Doing

• Maintain safe efficient production by supporting plant operations and mobile equipment activities
• Perform general labor tasks including housekeeping shoveling cleanup and material handling
• Assist with routine maintenance inspections and minor repairs of plant equipment
• Follow safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture
• Support production goals by working collaboratively with plant and site personnel

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial or outdoor environment
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plant operations and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions procedures and safety guidelines consistently
• Dependable work habits with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting standing and working in variable conditions

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
