Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Shift: 1st Shift 08:50 AM 03:40 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral needs in a school setting ensuring effective implementation of intervention plans and student progress.

Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and track data on student behavior and progress
Support students in classroom and therapy settings
Collaborate with teachers BCBAs and staff

Qualifications:
RBT Certification Required
BACB Certification (Active) Required
Experience working with children Preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
