Staff AccountantSUMMARYThe Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting in the general accounting functions and will be responsible for monitoring daily cash positions and performing monthly general ledger account :Daily cash management monitoring the cash position in multiple banks sending approved wires/ach as well as setting up wire templates addressing positive pay and ensuring activity is being recorded on the and reconcile inter-company month-end standard and miscellaneous journal entries supported with proper for assigned general ledger account balances through proper account analysis including the reconciliation of sub-ledger with special projects and vendor the expense report the P-card and Experience:Bachelors degree in accounting5 years of accounting/audit experienceCollaborative innovative flexible and adept at building relationships across the organizationAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions including pivot tables V-LookupNew employees are eligible for the following benefits effective date of hire!Medical dental and vision benefitsCompany-paid life insurance and disability benefitsGenerous Paid time off and 10 paid Holidays401k Plan with Company MatchTuition Reimbursement
