You will design conceptualize and build an agent-native platform from the ground up integrating AI into agile workflows. What you will do:

• Design and build the product from the ground up using a modern stack including Python React and Temporal.

• Lead cross-disciplinary engineering efforts with full autonomy to validate gather feedback and iterate based on direct customer interactions.

• Architect elegant simple solutions for complex technical challenges while maintaining high velocity using AI-native development practices.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses at least 2 years of professional software engineering experience with a degree in CS Engineering AI or a related field.

• Demonstrates deep proficiency with LLM tools and agent frameworks such as Langsmith RAG and prompt engineering to accelerate development.

• Exhibits a strong product mindset with the ability to create beautiful user experiences and a philosophical belief in AI-accelerated SDLC.
