Job Summary
Job title: Transformation Programme PMO Analyst (12 Month FTC)
Location: London or Royston (Hybrid)

The role:
As a PMO Analyst you will help drive our goals by:
Supporting delivery of programmes and projects through consistent governance reporting and coordination
Maintaining and improving PMO processes tools templates and standards
Tracking and analysing project data to produce insights and recommendations
Ensuring project controls are effectively applied including RAID planning and change management
Preparing accurate reports dashboards and governance papers
Providing administrative and logistical support for key meetings and events
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Experience working within a PMO in a project programme or portfolio environment
Strong knowledge of governance planning PMO methodologies and delivery standards
Ability to produce accurate insightful reporting and dashboards
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Analytical mindset confident working with metrics and portfolio tools
Experience supporting teams in fast-paced complex multi-stakeholder environments
