We are a family-owned and operated precision machining company located in Mentor. Our shop takes pride in producing high-quality machined components while maintaining a friendly team-oriented work environment.
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Deburring Technician to join our first shift team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work has strong attention to detail and wants to be part of a supportive small business environment.
Responsibilities
- Remove burrs and sharp edges from machined metal parts
- Use hand tools such as deburring knives files sandpaper and small rotary tools
- Visually inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle small precision components carefully to prevent damage
- Organize finished parts for inspection or the next step in production
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work with small parts and hand tools
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience is helpful but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate)
