As a Project Manager III within PNCs Technology organization you will be based in Pittsburgh PA or Dallas TX.This role will support data-focused initiatives within Technology working cross-functionally with our business partners and stakeholders. This role is responsible for owning and delivering complex technical projects concurrently with a strong emphasis on data dependencies risk management and stakeholder influence. The ideal candidate brings deep technical project management experience implementation expertise and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end delivery of 23 medium size data projects ensuring milestones scope timelines and quality standards are met.
Lead complex implementations end-to-end from planning through execution and completion.
Manage projects with multiple data dependencies across sub-domains ensuring alignment and integration.
Drive technical project management efforts within data-driven environments.
Support initiatives across Data Operations including areas such as Dreamdata and Data Governance.
Contribute to and support larger enterprise initiatives that may span multiple sub-domains or mini-domains.
Proactively identify assess document and track risks with a strong focus on data-related dependencies.
Surface potential impacts early and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Connect dots across data workstreams to anticipate downstream implications.
Serve as a key point of coordination between technical teams data partners and business stakeholders.
Deliver clear concise and consistent project updates to stakeholders at varying levels of technical depth.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Technical project management experience ideally in data analytics or implementation-focused environments.
Proven track record of managing implementation projects and delivering complex initiatives end-to-end.
Experience working with data dependencies governance or data operationsrelated domains.
Strong risk management capabilities with demonstrated experience identifying and mitigating project risks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Experience supporting or contributing to data governance or enterprise data initiatives.
Ability to work across multiple domains and connect related streams of work.

Job Description
- Manages the most complex projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment. Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes. May be assigned a single project or a portfolio requiring extensive planning oversight and communication across multiple segments channels or lines of business. Typically project size may be greater than $2.5m.
- Develops strategy processes resource allocation budget guidelines and support of project management team.
- Partners with internal project liaisons to acquire resources assigns tasks directs activities and controls project execution. Coaches and mentors project team members.
- Tracks and reports progress analyzes the results based on facts defines the products of the project and forecasts future trends in the project. Proactively manages changes in project scope identifies potential crises devises contingency plans and recommends improvements based on results.
- Maintains communications for governing bodies and interested parties. Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
