Shift & Schedule: Days (8-hour shifts) MondayFriday 40 hrs/week Guaranteed
Pay Rate: $30$34/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Santa Monica CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy plans under supervision of Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises and rehabilitation activities
- Monitor patient responses to treatments and report progress
- Assist in improving patient mobility and functional outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support outpatient rehabilitation services
- Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions
- Collaborate with therapy team for patient care
- Educate patients on exercise techniques and recovery plans
- Follow established treatment protocols
Requirements:
- Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Outpatient experience preferred
