Job Summary
Responsible for safely preparing food processing transactions and maintaining Family Style Service for guests in the Express Snack Bar.
Responsibilities
Prepares items according to standards while maintaining consistency and quality of product.
Maintains cleanliness of productions and service areas.
Assists management with implementation and execution of sanitation health and OSHA regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Sound technical understanding of manuals policies and procedures.
Experience in the culinary field as well as cash register use is not required but preferred.
Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications.
High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Frequent walking.
- Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
- May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise.
