Hardin Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house operations in our open-air venue in Balibago.

Were looking for someone who can take full ownership of the floor ensuring smooth service leading the team and delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.

ðŸ Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar and floor operations during service
Lead train and manage front-of-house staff
Ensure high standards in customer service and guest satisfaction
Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Manage staff scheduling flow of service and overall atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness organization and service quality at all times

âœ Qualifications

5 years of experience in bar restaurant or hospitality management
Proven experience leading and managing front-of-house teams
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-energy environment
Based in or willing to relocate to Angeles City / Pampanga
Available to work evenings weekends and holidays
