Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting software and Indian taxation (GST TDS) and be comfortable working independently.


Key Responsibilites:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries ledgers and reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with GST TDS and other statutory requirements
• File GST returns and TDS returns on time
• Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking
• Maintain accurate records of invoices payments and financial transactions
• Work on Zoho Books / Tally for accounting and reporting
• Assist in monthly quarterly and annual financial closing
• Generate and maintain MIS reports (daily weekly monthly) for management review
• Analyze MIS data to provide insights on expenses revenue and financial performance
• Monitor and improve financial processes for efficiency

Required Skills :

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of GST TDS and basic taxation
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Software or similar accounting software
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas reports data handling)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
