Leidos is seeking an experienced Microsoft Exchange / System Administrator to support critical mission operations at the Office of Naval Intelligence in Suitland MD. Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer MS Exchange Data Spillage Compliance and Restoration of Mailboxes.
• Administer and support Windows-based mission applications and hardware.
• Configure maintain and secure physical and virtual systems to STIG standards.
• Support system upgrades backups and performance tuning.
• Collaborate across IT teams to ensure seamless operations and mission success.
• Resolve technical issues using existing ticketing system and manage change requests.
• Maintain detailed documentation and asset inventories.
• Perform ACAS Driven System remediations to exceed System Compliance standards.
• Support Cloud based Functions integration and ongoing Exchange Online Migration.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance (in DISS).
• Bachelors degree with 8 years of related experience or Masters degree with 6 years of related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Security CE or IAT Level II certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of offer acceptance).
• Administrator of Microsoft Exchange Server and/or Enterprise Mailbox Services
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server () MS Exchange Server Active Directory SCCM and GPOs.
• Strong troubleshooting configuration and migration skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with rack-mounted servers networking and peripherals.
• Familiarity with Virtual Based servers and networking.
• Familiarity with Cloud based servers networking and concepts.
