Our Project Management Office (PMO) is tasked with delivering product development projects on time with the right scope right cost and quality. You will be part of the team delivering to Wheeled which includes both professional and residential products.

Role Description

Within your role as a Project Manager you will lead one or more cross functional product development projects which are delivering innovative high quality products to meet the expectations of our demanding users.

Your main tasks will be to;

• Plan and lead allhigh levelactivities throughout the projects from Project initiation to closure typically one year after launch.
• Report Project status formulate recommendations and seek decisions from the Steering Committee.
• Work proactively with all relevant stakeholders make sure the necessary communication flows freely.
• Formulate and manage solutions to Project deviations together with your team.

Over time this role will include responsibilities as a Launch Lead. Initially you will help build the foundation for this new role by defining processes and ways of working. As needed you will then act as Launch Lead in relevant projects.

As Launch Lead you secure a GoToMarket plan across key functions and ensure a coordinated and timely launch of products and services. The role is based on a datadriven insightbased and consumercentric approach and includes followup of postlaunch activities up to three months after market launch.

Your profile

You are analytical and have the ability to boil down complex issues to the essentials. You are organized thorough and reliable with the ability to regularly shift focus from a detailed to high level view. You are a highly driven problem solver who always looks for solutions with a positive approach. You also have:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience; managing teams planning budgeting financial follow-up risk management etc
• Previous experience of managing cross functional projects preferably within product development with a proven strong track record.
• Strong communication & presentation skills (fluent in Swedish and English written and spoken).
• Ability to successfully manage and deliver complex projects in a multi market/language set-up with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
