We are looking for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant for a school-based role. The school needs someone confident supporting pupils with SEMH behaviour needs and pupils who may require calm consistent boundaries. This is not a passive support role. You need to be resilient steady and able to build positive relationships with pupils. Experience in schools PRU/AP settings youth work mentoring or behaviour support would be useful.
