We are hiring a Clinical Business Development Manager for a leading nursing home in Co Dublin Ireland.
The Clinical Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving occupancy building strong referral pathways and developing strategic partnerships while ensuring a clinically informed approach to service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase occupancy and service growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals healthcare professionals and community partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and referral streams across Ireland.
- Support the admissions process and ensure a seamless client journey.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align business goals with quality care delivery.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and performance metrics.
- Represent the organisation at networking events meetings and industry forums.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Clinical background (Nurse Allied Health Professional or similar).
- Proven experience in business development ideally within healthcare or nursing home settings.
- Strong knowledge of the Irish healthcare system and referral pathways.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a nationwide territory.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
