We are hiring a Recruitment Specialist for a leading nursing home in Co Dublin Ireland.
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle attracting top talent and supporting workforce planning across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen applications conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Post job advertisements across various platforms and manage responses.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is an advantage.
