Housekeeper The Timberline Leadville CO

Become a member of our housekeeping team at The Timberline a newly renovated boutique motel in Leadville Colorado.

This is a part-time seasonal position running June through August: five days a week (days will vary week to week) 9:30 AM3:30 PM. Compensation is $18.00 per hour paid biweekly on Fridays. Free onsite parking is available for team members.

Housekeeping Responsibilities

• Top-to-bottom room cleaning including sweeping mopping bathrooms small kitchens and bed making (including bunk beds)
• Notify the team if a room has excessive mess or damaged items
• Replenish consumable items where necessary
• Laundry support
• The position requires limited interaction with guests but team members should be kind helpful and professional with all guests on the property

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to climb stairs repeatedly throughout the shift (the property has multiple levels)
• Able to make bunk beds which involves reaching overhead and working in tight spaces
• Comfortable with repetitive bending kneeling and exposure to standard cleaning chemicals

Good to Know

Our busiest days are weekends and we cannot grant additional time off in July or August due to high demand during our summer season.
