About This Role

As a Senior Associate Procurement you will handle the day-to-day essentials of our supply chain from running RFPs and cost analyses to preparing for vendor negotiations. You will ensure all procurement activities follow our established standards and operational plans to keep the business running smoothly. Additionally you will serve as a key point of contact for clients managing inquiries about order status changes and cancellations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Engineering Changes & ETOs implementation (supply chain activities)

• Facilitate transition from NPI to Factory Materials Area

• RFQ Process for sustaining engineering changes and ETOs

• Schedule B implementation for supply chain activities

• CAT System Management for Supply Chain activities
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree

• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Sourcing experience
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PMO experience (project implementation)

• English communication skills (writing and verbal)

• Customer focus skills

• Analytic & well organized
