Job Summary
As a Retail Experience Supervisor for our discount and refurbished items youll use your leadership skills to inspire employees and deliver great customer experiences. Youll create business plans to sell open-box and refurbished products and be responsible for profit and loss results. Youll also focus on providing positive employee experiences skill development and performance management.
What youll do
What youll do
- Manage day-to-day department operations including sales merchandising inventory maintenance and employee coaching
- Oversee hiring onboarding coaching and management of your team of six to seven direct reports
- Drive customer satisfaction results by working directly with customers and supporting your teams sales skills
- Partner with other store leaders and sales floor employees to lead business rhythms and ensure seamless operations
Basic qualifications
- 1 year of leadership or management experience in business military or related field
- 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- 6 months of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
- Ability to lift weight up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred qualifications
- Previous retail experience
- Consumer electronics industry experience
