WANTED! An experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager is required to lead a busy local office in Storrington: maximising listings sales performance and team success while delivering exceptional customer service and growing local market share.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Branch Manager with superb and negotiating listing skills to take the lead of a successful estate agency office in Storrington.

This role requires a confident leader who can manage daily operations win instructions and build a strong motivated team focused on delivering excellent results and customer service.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the sales branch
• Driving property listings valuations and overall sales performance
• Managing and motivating the team to achieve and exceed targets
• Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining high service standards
• Generating new business opportunities to increase market share
• Overseeing marketing activity and ensuring adherence to company standards
• Monitoring performance and implementing improvements where needed

• Proven background in residential estate agency
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent listing and valuation ability
• Consistent record of achieving sales targets
• High standard of customer service and communication skills
• Professional positive and self-motivated attitude
• Confident telephone manner with strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Storrington and surrounding areas advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
