Leidos Defense Systems Systems Integration and TestTeam is seeking aIntegration Engineer Team Lead. We are a diverse team that works to implement unique solutions for complex problems in the defense sector including but not limited to kinetic and directed energy defensive and offensive platforms as well as RADAR and other surveillance and sensor technologies. Primary Responsibilities
Working directly with the customer and contractors to execute program requirements.
Executing test plans for development qualification and acceptance phases of hardware projects.
Creating modifying and using Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) test platforms to satisfy testing requirements.
Completing requirements verification and validation documentation and reports.
Performing test data analysis via data log parser Wireshark and/or software debug tools.
Briefing both internal and external parties on test results and data.
Debugging software and/or hardware with various tools.
The position may require working outside in all weather conditions and lifting up to 40 pounds.
The position may require minimal travel for test events (approximately 4 weeks a year).
Basic Qualifications
The position requires an ABET accredited B.S. or equivalent degree in computer engineering computer science or electrical engineering with 2 years of experience or less than 2 years with MS degree.
Candidates must have knowledge of and experience with defense or commercial test engineering practices and processes.
Candidates must have experience developing and executing hardware or software test plans and procedures.
Candidates must have direct hands-on experience with hardware software or system integration troubleshooting and testing.
Preferred Qualifications
Two to four years of experience with test planning and execution.
Experience working with RADAR or RF systems.
Working knowledge and operation of electronic test equipment (e.g. oscilloscope voltmeter signal analyzer/generator antenna analyzer power meter)
Working knowledge of software languages Python C C C# and or firmware languages for Xilinx or Altera devices
Experience with Linux Matlab Labview and WireShark
Experience preparing and presenting briefings and/or demonstrations to customers and management
Planning and executing demonstration tests and US Govt test ranges/facilities

Pay Range:
Pay Range $69550.00 - $125725.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
