Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Sr. Product Manager Peripheral Downstream - Shockwave Medical to join our team. The position is FULLY REMOTE and can sit anywhere in the US.

Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

Position Overview:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive global & US strategies for marketing programs and campaigns including:

    • product positioning and clinical and economic value proposition

    • messages and collateral

    • sales and physician education programs

    • product demand forecasts

    • analysis of business performance against objectives

    • formulating new approaches and strategies as needed

    • conferences/tradeshows customer engagement priorities and booth playbook

Responsibilities:

  • Champion product commercialization activities across multiple internal and external groups by collaborating with and influencingoperations regulatory clinical quality sales sales training medical affairs etc.

  • Leadmarket research to understand behaviors test messaging and identify opportunities.

  • Establish relationships with key opinion leaders in the field and work with them to develop content for our marketing channels.

  • Acquire and analyze feedback from key opinion leaders current and potential customers third-party market research and internal stakeholders.

  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of the peripheral community trends and more specifically the segments targeted by assigned products including the motivators for action.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 6 years of professional product management or equivalent experience preferably in cardiovascular medtech.

  • Experience bringing new novel products to market.

  • Ability to develop relationships with key opinion leaders and to modify strategies and tactics when necessary based on voice of customer and emerging trends.

  • Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic matrix environment.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including developing relationships in all levels of the organization and indirectly influencing business objectives.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as individual contributor or as part of team while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.

  • Sales force engagement experience required.

  • Up to 30% travel may be required (Global & U.S.).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$118000.00 - $203550.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
