Synergy Care is seeking aqualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)for afull-time positionin Fort Worth TX. This role is based in anon-site outpatient clinicserving residents in anIndependent and Assisted Living community.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Communicate effectively with patients families and care team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate of anaccredited Physical Therapist Assistant program(or graduating within 6 months)
- Current (or eligible for)Texas PTA license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- New graduates encouraged to apply
