- Monitor and document childrens progress and milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their childs daily activities and development.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions regularly.
- Support childrens emotional and social development through positive interactions.
- Must possess a high school diploma; a degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is highly desirable.
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents and children.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting.
- Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
