CRM Developer (Mid-Senior)

Overview:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (MidSenior level) to join our growing team in Demant Technology & Innovation Centre Malaysia. You will be responsible for developing enhancing and maintaining CRM solutions that support business-critical operations. This role offers an opportunity to work on both technical delivery and for senior candidates solution design and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM (9.1 / D365 CE) solutions
• Implement plugins workflows custom entities forms and integrations
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Participate in Agile development and sprint delivery

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Candidates:
Lead technical design and architecture decisions
Mentor junior developers and review code quality
Ensure best practices scalability and performance optimization

Requirements:

36 years (Mid) or 6 years (Senior) experience in C#/.NET development
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE
Experience with plugins workflows and CRM SDK
Strong understanding of SQL Server and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Nice to Have:
Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to Dynamics 365 CE (online)
