Job Summary
Role Summary
The Apprentice Learning & Training supports the effective delivery of learning initiatives by providing administrative coordination and communication support to the Learning and Training team. The role works closely with learning partners and stakeholders to ensure training programs are well-organised visible and accurately tracked.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and administration of Rewards and Recognition programs in line with program objectives.
- Assist learning partners in the design scheduling publishing and maintenance of training calendars.
- Manage training logistics including room bookings session setup materials coordination and attendance tracking.
- Maintain and update Learning and Training dashboards to ensure timely accurate and reliable reporting.
- Design and distribute communications (e.g. emails posters intranet content) to promote learning programs and increase employee awareness and participation.
- Provide general administrative support to enable smooth execution of Learning and Training initiatives.
Performance Objectives: Apprentice AGS Learning & Training
1. Operational Support & Execution
- Deliver consistent and reliable administrative support to Learning and Training initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Ensure training logistics are managed efficiently and sessions are executed without avoidable issues.
2. Learning Calendar & Coordination Effectiveness
- Support learning partners in publishing accurate and up-to-date training calendars aligned with business needs.
- Ensure timely communication of schedule changes and training updates to stakeholders.
3. Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Maintain Learning and Training dashboards with a high level of data accuracy and timeliness.
- Track attendance and participation metrics to support reporting and decision-making.
4. Communication & Engagement
- Design clear engaging and timely communications to increase awareness and participation in learning initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve visibility and employee engagement with Learning and Training programs.
5. Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving processes and administrative efficiency.
- Actively seek feedback to enhance coordination communication and overall support to the Learning and Training team.
