WHAT YOULL BE DOING
You independently manage a portfolio of mid-sized business customers and ensure they realize the full value of our solution.
You establish and maintain strong long-term customer relationships deliver product demonstrations and support customers in optimizing their use of our product.
You engage closely with decision-makers and company founders gain a deep understanding of their priorities and proactively support them in achieving their objectives.
You guide customers throughout the entire lifecycle and actively drive expansion and retention within your portfolio.
You identify potential challenges at an early stage lead solution-focused conversations and ensure sustained customer satisfaction.
You analyze customer usage and behavior to derive concrete actions that maximize customer success with our solution.
You actively promote customer engagement gather impactful success stories and share best practices across the customer base.
You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing Sales Product Development and Technical Support to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

THE QUALITIES YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED
Strong communication skills with a passion for product demos and meetings
Proactive independent work style with a strong team spirit and excellent prioritization skills
Interest in compliance & security well teach you everything you need to know
Experience with software products and their development is a plus
Enthusiasm for a dynamic fast-paced environment with continuous growth and development
Fluent German (C2) and English skills both written and spoken are required
