Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for a Purchasing Clerk in Reno NV.
Key Responsibilities include:
- All procurement related tasks to include creating and maintaining purchase orders.
- Expedite cancel and push-out orders as directed.
- Request quotes price updates tax codes and shipping terms.
- Verify invoices before parts are received into SAP.
- Investigate invoice inaccuracies to include receiving errors price discrepancies incorrect quantity part numbers price or serial numbers listed on invoices.
- Handle AP discrepancies/revisions.
Skills and Knowledge:
- One year experience using SAP to complete various transactions.
- MS Office to include intermediate Excel skills and similar business software applications
- One to two years experience with inventory control and receiving experience.
