To support our mission we are looking for a Finance Manager to lead our Accounting team and strengthen our financial foundations!

Your team

You will join our People Ops department that consists of 9 team members which includes HR Recruitment IT and Office Management. We work closely with each other in order to make the team members journey from recruitment to HR and through the lifecycle as great as we can providing an incredible experience! We value a high level of ownership autonomy teamwork and a results-oriented mindset.

Your role & Impact

As the (junior) office manager you play a crucial role in managing day-to-day office operations company events and contributing to the entire team members lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding).

Youll manage and be the face of our brand-new office! You take ownership of our office environment by handling day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the office clean and running smoothly (kitchen supplies mail meeting coordination etc.) coordinating with vendors and managing inventory. You are the person who notices whats off before anyone else does to ensure the space is always in good shape.

Well need your creativity to organise internal company events assist with external events and manage our monthly HR newsletter. Youll come up with ideas for how to bring people together manage logistics and make sure the experience reflects our culture.

You will initiate every team members lifecycle by serving as their first point of contact and will continue by handling a range of administrative tasks. From maintaining accurate people data to drafting HR documents executing HR processes and administering benefits.

In essence your role will be at the heart of our operations ensuring seamless administrative support and fostering a positive work environment.

Your profile

  • Up to 2 years of experience in office management; HR administrative experience is a plus (internship experience is also sufficient).
  • You have a proactive hands-on approach to taking on last-minute tasks and supporting colleagues in urgent situations.
  • You have excellent attention to detail ensuring that all internal processes and procedures are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • You have strong organisational and administrative skills for managing our physical workspace and prioritising multiple tasks effectively and in a timely manner.
  • You have strong communication skills and an excellent customer-focused mindset for internal and external stakeholders especially people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent team player who collaborates with colleagues towards shared goals.
  • You have a growth mindset; you enjoy learning about best practices for people process and positive workplace experiences and you are open to feedback to grow further in your career.
  • You are proficient in data entry and management and have a basic level of knowledge of Google Workspace with an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • You have a strong sense of integrity and maintain the confidentiality of company/private information.
