Key Responsibilities
Training & Professional Development
Participate in a structured sales training program covering packaging solutions sales techniques market analysis and CRM systems.
Develop a strong understanding of the flexible packaging industry customer applications and manufacturing processes.
Learn consultative selling strategies and customer relationship management best practices.
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify research and qualify prospective customers through outbound outreach networking and market research.
Generate and develop sales opportunities within targeted market segments.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Customer Engagement
Assist with customer communications product inquiries and quote preparation.
Support account development activities and relationship-building initiatives.
Participate in customer visits and presentations alongside experienced sales professionals.
Sales & Marketing Support
Attend trade shows customer meetings and industry events.
Collaborate with internal teams including customer service operations graphics and production to support customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities within the CRM system.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends customer needs and competitive activity.
Identify emerging markets and growth opportunities.
Share insights and recommendations with the sales team.
Performance & Accountability
Achieve established activity metrics including prospecting calls meetings scheduled and lead generation goals.
Demonstrate continuous improvement throughout the training program.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree is preferred in Packaging Science Food Science Agriculture Agribusiness Business Marketing Supply Chain Management Communications or related field.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience
02 years of professional experience.
Internship leadership customer service or sales experience is a plus.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in B2B sales.
