Materials CoordinatorSupply Chain Analyst

• Performing supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement production planning inventory control outsourcing vendor selection price negotiation and distribution
• Developing and implementing detailed scenarios and identifying trends
• Leading the activities for proficiency evaluations of inventories
• Creating integrated processes among internal functions (e.g. operations procurement and logistics) and outside suppliers
• Ensuring the availability of materials in the supply chain as scheduled
• Generating maintaining and tracking material and part requirements to ensure continued support of deployed systems and/or products
• Preparing materials requisition
• Maintaining materials database
• Maintaining inventory required by engineering drawings
• Providing information for the tracking and storage of government furnished equipment
• Providing customer information and assuring that support requirements and schedules are met

• Bachelors degree or equivalent military supply experience or four years of inventory/supply experience
• Primary responsibilities are within the Supply Chain and Logistics Function as a generalist or in a combination of various managerial disciplines
