Senior Product Manager TOM Products, TOM Products

Transform Amazons transportation infrastructure by developing innovative solutions that reshape how we manage yards gates and operational processes. As a strategic product leader youll drive technological advancements that optimize efficiency and safety across our complex transportation network.

The person in this role will be responsible for supporting existing legacy hardware functionality while crafting product requirements for new automations. This encompasses identifying distinct stages of hardware life cycle scoping deliverables for each phase gate defining stakeholders and their roles and responsibilities. The role will entail the creation of technical device mechanisms and for intake prioritization and tracking along with building out associated data visualization.

You will also be responsible for scoping and delivering end-to-end large-scale projects across TOM. This includes collection of business and systems requirements writing and implementing technical specifications and driving product delivery schedules. You will lead and coordinate efforts between teams to develop optimal solutions make appropriate tradeoffs and communicate goals to cross-functional project teams.

- 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
