• Help implement promotions and conversion strategies

• Deliver a high-level concierge-style experience
• Build relationships with members and clients
• Handle questions concerns and retention efforts

• Assist with projects organization and execution
• Help implement new ideas systems and offers
• Be a right-hand in scaling both businesses

• Previous experience in fitness wellness or sales (preferred)
• Management or leadership experience is a plus
