Pay: $25/hour mileage reimbursement
Location: Flexible assignments close to home in Manchester VT and surrounding area
Schedule: Full-time part-time and per diem available
Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Caregivers / Home Health this role you will provide one-on-one in-home support to clients helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
No prior experience is requiredwe provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing grooming toileting)
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers
- Offer medication reminders
- Assist with range-of-motion exercises
- Provide companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others
- Ability to travel to client homes as assigned
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus but not required
