Job Summary:
As Product Manager in the Electric Power Division your work is essential to the success and future customer value development for the Power Hub and SpecSizer applications. You will manage the expansion and enhancements of sought-after features from Voice of Customer and Voice of Dealer feedback and define the steps in the journey to bring these solutions to life.
What Youll Do:
In this role you will lead the definition requirements collection and development execution of the Power Hub and SpecSizer applications. Additionally you will build effective working relationships with business partners to define the roadmap for the future development and identify the critical customer value drivers that need to be integrated into the applications. Job duties include:
- Lead development of product roadmaps detailed functional requirements and user stories based on customer feedback business requests and performance metrics
- Contribute to the design and development of the graphic user interface user experience product enhancements new features and issue resolutions
- Coordinate with product owner and development team to ensure digital products or features are delivered to time and quality specifications
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction levels to determine and implement product improvement opportunities
- Monitor and report on product performance
- Partner with marketing to position and promote digital products
What You Have:
Degree:
- Four-year degree in business marketing computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.

User Experience Design: Knowledge of user experience design tools techniques and approaches; ability to design

- Advises on key factors and provides information needed in effective user experience design.
- Consults on user mental models and the business impact of user experience designs.
- Coaches others on how to evaluate design effectiveness and contextual analysis.
- Chooses tools and techniques for persona-based designs.
- Develops design mock-ups prototypes usage scenarios navigation maps specifications and other design documents.
User Interface Design: Knowledge of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction; ability to
design and develop intuitive visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet business goals and user
needs.
- Creates high-fidelity prototypes to test and refine design concepts.
- Develops and maintains design documentation including design systems and style guides.
- Identifies and troubleshoots usability issues in existing interfaces.
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in user interface design.
- Measures and analyzes the success of a user interface design using KPIs.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including product management and engineering.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
- Previous experience with product design and voice of customer/requirements collection
- Previous experience with product development cycle
- Masters degree in business administration or related field
Additional Information:
- This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
- Travel up to 10% is possible

Summary Pay Range:
$128470.00 - $192710.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
