Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration & Program Coordination (Primary 8085%)
PD Program Management
- Coordinate PD Participant onboarding scheduling documentation and communication.
- Maintain participant records RCS/VRD/PD course trackers).
- Ensure timely generation and sharing of PD Analytical reports
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate PD databases (enrollment activity outcomes).
- Prepare monthly dashboards and progress trackers.
- Ensure data authenticity & compliance for reporting and audit readiness.
SOP Compliance
- Support PD SOP execution: registration evaluation certification and documentation.
- Upload all required data into internal systems timely and accurately.
2. Capability Building Support (Office Virtual)
- Track PD Associates reports and build analytics to support managers
3. Field Responsibilities (1520%)
Onsite Training Support
- Support PD Managers during:
- OR day / clinical visits
- Equipment familiarization sessions
- Technique & technology optimization sessions
Participant Engagement
- Engage with select PD participants in their development journey.
- Collect on-ground insights feedback and requirements for program improvement.
Program Implementation
- Assist with execution of PD workshops hands-on training and small-group sessions.
- Support remote/onsite HBP sessions as required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Program Quality
- Accuracy of PD data and documentation
- On-time completion of reporting & SOP deliverables
- Zero compliance deviations
Operational Efficiency
- Timely scheduling and coordination of PD sessions
- Effective support to PD Managers
Field Contribution (1520%)
- Quality of onsite support during OR/HBP sessions
- Contribution to technique optimization and program execution
- Timely participant evaluation support
Skills & Competencies Required
Technical & Functional
- Good documentation & reporting skills

- MS Office proficiency (Excel PowerPoint Word)
