As an EMEA Upstream Product Manager Digital Solutions your responsibilities could include:

• Defining and driving the upstream product strategy and roadmap for digital health solutions across EMEA
• Identifying unmet customer needs and translating insights into product concepts and development requirements
• Leading early-stage product development including concept validation business case creation and value proposition definition
• Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D Marketing Commercial and external partners to shape and develop digital solutions
• Acting as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle ensuring strong user experience (UserX) and adoption
• Supporting Agile development processes by prioritizing features contributing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and guiding development direction
• Monitoring market trends competitive landscape and digital health innovations to inform product strategy
• Preparing successful product launches in collaboration with downstream teams and ensuring readiness for scale and deployment

To join our Talent Community and be successful in such roles you would need:

• Proven experience in Upstream Product Management Digital Solutions or Digital Health (typically 5 years including healthcare exposure)
• Strong understanding of product development processes ideally within Agile environments
• Experience working in cross-functional international and matrix organizations
• Ability to translate customer and market insights into strategic product direction and technical requirements
• Strong analytical thinking innovation mindset and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and ideally one additional European language
• Relevant academic background (e.g. MSc in engineering digital/IT life sciences or related field)
• Willingness to travel across EMEA as required
