Safety Assurance Manager

As we continue to grow were investing in our homes and services to ensure they remain safe high quality and places our customers can feel secure. Were now looking for an experienced Safety Assurance Manager to strengthen our approach to safety assurance compliance across Abri.
In this role youll take the lead on assuring property compliance across our homes covering areas such as gas fire electrical safety asbestos water hygiene and lifting equipment. Youll champion a strong culture of customer and building safety ensuring we meet all legal regulatory and statutory responsibilities.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Youll use reliable accurate data to provide assurance that risks are being identified and managed effectively working closely with teams across the business to improve data integrity reporting and transparency.
Youll lead and support the Safety Assurance Analysts working collaboratively with operational colleagues to embed compliance data management into the safe delivery of all programmes of work. Youll also support responses to regulatory enquiries and investigations relating to landlord safety and consumer standards.
Youll be based at our Yeoviloffice a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether thats at another of our offices a cafe or at home.
