Job Summary

  • Clerk Grade 9/10 salary from$129464 to $142665 per annum(FTE)plus super and leave loading

About the Role:

The Senior Spatial and Data Intelligence Analyst delivers highquality data analytics spatial intelligence and visualisation to support improved service delivery and informed decision making. The role focuses on applying modern technology to enhance data extraction integration and interactive reporting improving business intelligence and customer experiences. You will contribute to the development maintenance and ongoing enhancement of BIOMAP the agencys key spatial system providing contemporary evidencebased situational awareness across multiple business areas including emergency response. The role works closely with branches across DPIRD and stakeholders throughout Regional NSW.

About You

As our ideal candidate you will bring:

  • Advanced experience in spatial analytics and the ESRI Suite including Experience Builder.
  • Strong capability in Power BI including data modelling and dashboard development.
  • Experience working with APIs relational databases and SQL.
  • The ability to translate business needs into practical data and spatial solutions.
  • A relevant degree in Spatial Information or GIS supported by significant experience.

Essential criteria:

  • Degree qualification in Spatial Information or Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with advanced experience in the ESRI Suite including Experience Builder.
  • Advanced Power BI experience in designing and building data models/schema and creating interactive and static dashboards.
  • Current Drivers Licence and the ability and willingness to travel
