Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full school-year in-person role supporting students from birth through age 21. This position offers a manageable caseload and a collaborative supportive district environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services
- Conduct evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement IEPs
- Participate in team and IEP meetings
- Maintain documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with staff and families
- Adapt therapy plans based on student needs
- Ensure compliance with education regulations
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland SLP License (in hand)
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Knowledge of IEP processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across multiple age groups
- Multi-site school experience
- Strong documentation skills
- Adaptability in school settings
