Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee spare parts orders and work collaboratively with relevant personnel to promptly resolve issues and expedite order processing.
- Ensure the timely delivery of spare parts to requestors adhering to stipulated service level requirements to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and regularly update delivery statuses coordinating with cross-functional departments and suppliers to efficiently address any issues that arise.
- Work closely with the Service Team to manage the return of parts to the warehouse and ensure all system updates are made promptly.
- Investigate and resolve spare parts order issues within the system.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to address warehousing concerns including quality assurance return label discrepancies and adjustments from expense to repairable categories.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately updated in the SAP system.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and planning teams to follow up on part deliveries once shortages are resolved.
- Resolve receiving discrepancies by partnering with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure timely Proof of Delivery updates from third-party logistics providers and suppliers within the system.
- Facilitate the closure of drop shipments in cooperation with the planning team and third-party logistics providers.
- Review and submit approvals for spare parts requiring system adjustments and complete related transactions in SAP.
- Support procurement teams across various product divisions and GSS to expedite urgent part order requests.
- Partner with Global Logistics Analysts to improve data accuracy reporting and metrics through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support and advance Global Logistics and Corporate goals and objectives.
- Perform other logistics-related tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse management or supply chain operations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Solid ERP proficiency SAP import and export customs knowledge an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
