What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing residential property sales from instruction through to completion
• Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and buyers
• Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
• Keeping up to date with the local property market

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Proven ability to generate and secure new business
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner with a positive attitude
• Well-presented motivated and proactive approach
• Knowledge of Northampton and surrounding areas is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Professional and organised approach to residential sales
